Parking Team of the Year

This award is open to teams working for either a local authority or for a private sector organisation. The award recognises the work of both on and off-street parking operations, as well as back office/support services (including IT, press, marketing, maintenance and service departments).
The team should relate to a specific town, borough or destination (airport, hospital, retail centre, etc). In the private sector the team entry should relate to a specific department, location or contract rather than an overall operation.
The criteria:
The entry should include details of:

Name of team manager

Names of key team members and job titles

Definition of the team's role within the parking operation/company

Copy of team/organisation/company structure

Details of staff training undertaken and success obtained (NVQs, MBAs, etc)

External verification of performance (consultant studies, Investers in People, SIA ratings, etc)

Recognition of the team's work (Internal and external awards, press coverage, customer testimonials, etc)
