The Campaigns Award will recognise individuals and organisations whose campaigning and advocacy have brought about positive changes in public attitudes, behaviour, policy and regulations in the realm of parking. The campaigns may have been run by local authorities, charities, activists, motoring associations, parking companies and other organisations with a role in the sector.
The criteria:
The entries may relate to:
Public information campaigns
Public consultations
Focussed behaviour change projects and enforcement actions
Lobbying campaigns aimed at local or national policy-makers.
The campaign could take a number of forms and employ a variety of channels, such as:
Videos
Websites
Broadcast
Print media
Social media and podcasts
Posters and leaflets
Reports and publications.
The following areas should be addressed:
Description of the aims of the campaign
Details of the individuals or team involved in the campaign
How the campaign was developed and designed
How the campaign was funded
How the campaign is maintained and sustained
How the effectiveness of the campaign has been assessed.
